Proposed design of Memorial Parklet
The goal of the James & Pine Black Business District is to collect the oral history from residents and put that history on display in a memorial parklet for everyone to enjoy. This City owned lot, located on the corner of James and Pine, will be a destination for all, showcasing the rich and cultural history of Goldsboro's very own Black Business District.
